Air BnB Review Says it All

This review from 2 days ago says it all....

Violations for this Unit Owner have been referred to the fining committee:
1) Unit Owner is advertising for less than 30 days: Advertising for less than 30 days is a violation of Roney Palace rules and regulations.
2) Unit owner rented unit for a few nights: This is in violation of the Roney Palace Condo 30 day minimum rental policy.
3) Unit Owner Selling guest cards for profit: Unit owner is selling our guest cards for $100 aprice for a profit. The Board's action to reduce guest card fees to $50 despite knowing this was common practice amongst unit owners who illegally rent their units.
4) Unit owner instructed occupant not to mention AirBNB but to say they were guests of the resident.
5) Unit owner obscured BTR number: The BTR is issued by Miami Beach and is a way to identify units on AirBNB. Each rental unit must have its owne BTR number.
The unit owner responsible for this listing has seemingly tried to obscure its BTR by leaving off the last number. The full BTR is registered to Unit 1511. I will leave the onwers name off for now, but this owners has multiple units in the building, some with very high guest card usage. This unit owner is also involved in the lawsuit demanding free guest cards. Currently, the unit he owns on my floor is under construction but it has a history of very high traffic, and is one that I will be watching very closely come completion.
From the review, it appears that plans to illegally rent his unit wnet awry. Not sure what that was all about but he managed to find another unit to house his illegal guest for a few days. The management office has the name of all guests and can likely locate 'Lida' in their system to find out which unit or units she was registered to.
Our building will lacks proactive measures that would deter illegal overnight rental abuse and management and security are not empowered to act in real time to insure that our rules are being followed. And the reviews continue.....
